By visiting or shopping with me, you’re agreeing to these Terms along with my Privacy Policy. If you’d prefer not to agree, that’s completely okay — just know that you won’t be able to use the store.

1. Access & Your Account

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you’re at least the age of majority in your state or province, and that you’ve given permission for any minor dependents to use the store on devices you own or manage.

To shop with me, you may need to share some information like your name, email, billing, and shipping details. Please make sure everything you provide is accurate and up to date — it helps me get your order to you! You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Accounts aren’t transferable.

2. Products

I do my very best to represent my products accurately, but please keep in mind that colors and appearances can vary depending on your screen and device settings. I can’t guarantee that what you see on your screen will be an exact match to the physical product.

Product descriptions and availability may change at any time. I reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase — and I reserve the right to accept or decline for any reason. Your order isn’t confirmed until I’ve accepted it and processed your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as I may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted.

If I need to change or cancel your order, I’ll reach out to you using the contact details you provided. Returns and exchanges are handled in line with my Refund Policy. By shopping with me, you confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export. Wholesale orders and pricing will only be offered to users who have created a wholesale account with Annabel Reese.

4. Prices & Billing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you’ll be charged — you’ll see this confirmed in your order email. Unless otherwise noted, prices don’t include taxes, shipping, or any applicable customs or import fees.

Promotional pricing may be offered from time to time and is governed by its own terms. By completing a purchase, you confirm that your payment information is accurate and that you’re authorized to use it.

5. Shipping & Delivery

I’ll always do my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible! That said, all delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to you. I’m not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or anything outside of my control.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — including photos, graphics, text, designs, and product content — belongs to Annabel Reese (or is used under license) and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You’re welcome to browse and shop for your own personal, non-commercial use, but please don’t reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without my written permission.

The Annabel Reese name, logo, and any related marks are my trademarks and may not be used without permission. Shopify’s name and logo are trademarks of Shopify.

7. Third-Party Tools

Some optional third-party tools may be available through the store. These are provided “as is” and I don’t control, monitor, or take responsibility for them. Use them at your own discretion and make sure you’re comfortable with the relevant third party’s terms before using.

8. Third-Party Links

My site may occasionally link to third-party websites. I’m not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. If you choose to visit them, you do so at your own risk — I’d encourage you to review their policies before engaging.

9. Shopify

My store is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with Annabel Reese. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases, and by shopping with me, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your transactions.

10. Privacy

Your privacy matters to me. All personal information collected through this store is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy. Because the store runs on Shopify, Shopify also processes certain information as outlined in their own Privacy Policy. By using the store, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood both policies.

11. Feedback & Reviews

I genuinely love hearing from you! If you share any feedback, ideas, reviews, or suggestions with me, you grant me a royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content to operate and improve the store. You confirm that you own the rights to what you share and that it won’t infringe on anyone else’s rights.

I may (but am not obligated to) edit or remove content that I consider inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

12. Errors & Corrections

I do my best to keep everything accurate, but occasionally typos or pricing errors may appear. I reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time, including after an order has been placed.

13. Acceptable Use

Please use this store for lawful purposes only. You may not use the store to:

•       Do anything unlawful, harmful, or deceptive

•       Violate anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights

•       Send spam, viruses, or malicious code

•       Scrape, copy, or exploit any part of the store’s content or functionality

•       Impersonate another person or entity

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these rules are violated.

14. Automated Agents

If you use any automated software or agent to access this store, it must always clearly identify itself as an agent (including in HTTP request headers) and must never impersonate human behavior, bypass CAPTCHAs, or circumvent any access controls. I may block automated access at any time.

I may end your access to the store at any time, for any reason, without notice. Any amounts owed up to the date of termination remain your responsibility. Sections covering intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law will continue to apply after termination.

I truly care about your experience, but I do need to be upfront: the store and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. 20. Entire Agreement & Waiver

These Terms, along with any policies referenced here, make up the entire agreement between us. If I don’t enforce a particular provision at any given time, that doesn’t mean I’m waiving my right to enforce it later.

21. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without my written consent. I may transfer or assign my rights at any time without notice.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Annabel Reese is headquartered. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

23. Updates to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. I’ll notify you of any material changes in line with applicable law. Continuing to use the store after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
